These Terms of Service govern the free use of the micro-utilities available on needed.tools. By accessing the services you agree to these terms.

2. Services

needed.tools provides browser-based tools (e.g. SVG-to-DXF, QR generators, PDF Studio). Processing is automated and does not include bespoke consulting. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the services only for lawful purposes. Uploading content that infringes third-party rights or contains malicious code is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access in case of violations.

4. Handling of Uploaded Content

All uploaded files are processed in memory only. Outputs are provided for download after completion and are then discarded. Availability of downloads cannot be guaranteed beyond the active session.

5. Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily limit access.

6. Liability

You use the services at your own risk. We are liable only for intent or gross negligence. Liability for data loss, indirect, or consequential damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Rights to Content

You retain all rights to your files. By uploading you grant us a revocable, technical permission to process the data temporarily to provide the service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. The current version published on this page applies.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by Austrian law excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Salzburg.
